The DC series gas regulating (metering) cabinets represent the trend in gas pressure regulation and distribution equipment. They integrate components such as gas regulators, filters, safety accessories, control devices, flow meters, and IC card controllers into a single unit. This system features a small footprint, good systemic coordination, comprehensive functionality, and high reliability.
The system comes in a standard configuration, with the main regulator using a direct-acting structure and built-in balance valve for more stable outlet pressure. Other components are high-quality domestic products, ensuring high-quality, reliable, and precise operation. The regulator is equipped with high/low pressure automatic cut-off devices and safety relief devices to maintain outlet pressure within a specific range as gas usage and inlet pressure vary.
It includes a high-precision filter with a premium stainless steel mesh filter element capable of filtering up to 5μm. It also features a differential pressure gauge to indicate when the filter is dirty, facilitating timely replacement and cleaning of the filter element. The cabinet frame is made of stainless steel, thoroughly addressing issues of rusting in outdoor environments, extending the lifespan, enhancing design aesthetics, and is suitable for both indoor or outdoor installation due to its material treatment with acid pickling, phosphatizing, and powder coating or stainless steel fabrication.
